> After a good night with high speeds just under 20 knots the wind and the boat speed dropped a little bit. This morning it seemed like SHAKTI had problems with a fishing net or something floating in the water. They have been taking down the sails for a short while and continued after that. A few hours later we had a similar problem. Going 11 knots and abruptly stopping to under 2 knots. We took the kite down, jibed and managed to free ourselves. Nothing happened to the boat. After that we had a few hours of high speed downwind sailing.

> A few hours ago SCHOKAKOLA passed behind us and jibed shortly after that. Currently they are leeward in front of us and SHAKTI behind us. The last position update showed the two boats of the ROGERS RACING TEAM in front. SHAKTI on first place and VARUNA on second. We are working hard to overtake them.
